General Manager – Marketing
The PNG Chiefs brand will represent a nation on the world stage — and we're looking for a General Manager – Marketing to lead that journey. This role is responsible for building, protecting and growing the Chiefs brand, delivering bold and meaningful campaigns that inspire fans, partners and communities across Papua New Guinea. We're seeking a PNG national with senior marketing experience, strategic thinking, and strong creative instincts — someone ready to lead a brand with pride, purpose and ambition.
Head of Digital & Content
The PNG Chiefs are creating more than a rugby league club — we're building a national story. We're seeking a Head of Digital & Content to shape how that story is told. This role will lead the digital heartbeat of the club, developing compelling content and platforms that unite fans, celebrate PNG pride, and grow the Chiefs community from day one. We're looking for a PNG national with strong creative leadership, a deep understanding of digital and social media, and a passion for rugby league and storytelling.
Head of Sponsorships & Partnerships
The PNG Chiefs are seeking a Head of Sponsorships & Partnerships to secure and manage the relationships that will power the club on and off the field. This role will identify, negotiate and steward long-term, high-value partnerships aligned to the Chiefs' vision, values and commercial goals. We're looking for a PNG national with strong networks, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships that deliver shared value over time.
Executive Officer
As the PNG Chiefs prepare to enter the NRL, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Officer to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role at the centre of the organisation, responsible for enabling operational excellence, managing priorities, and supporting high-performance decision-making in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a highly organised PNG national who thrives under pressure, exercises sound judgement, and brings professionalism, discretion and drive to everything they do.
Club Community Ambassador
The PNG Chiefs will be a club of the people — and we're seeking a Club Community Ambassador to represent that commitment across the country. This role will engage directly with communities, schools and organisations, championing programs that uplift people and strengthen rugby league as a force for unity and nation-building. We're looking for a PNG national with heart, humility and strong communication skills — someone who leads by example and proudly represents the values of the PNG Chiefs.
